About Us

The owners of AURORA started high rise professional window cleaning in Toronto in 2005. The most competitive market in Canada was a great place for us to learn how to work in the most efficient ways possible.

It allowed us to gain exceptional experience working on numerous complicated window cleaning projects. This working knowledge from the Toronto market gave us the skills to lead our team with a great understanding of this specialized industry and provide top quality service.

Our Mission

Our mission is to be the best contractor that customers have ever worked with! In order to be able to accomplish this mission, we do everything according to Aurora's S.P.I.R.I.T., which stands for SAFETY, PERFORMANCE, INTEGRITY, RESPECT, INNOVATION, and TEAMWORK.

Safety

To ensure we continue to provide our clients with excellent service, and that we maintain a safe working environment at all times, our employees undergo an extensive internal training as well as external training, including Fall Arrest, OH&S legislation, First Aid, Rescue, Elevated Work Platforms, Swing Stage, IRATA and SPRAT. We provide our workers with regular refresher rope access training in our facility to constantly improve our skills and knowledge in window cleaning and rope access, and make sure we are ready for whatever the day may bring.

Aurora is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, CCI, BOMA, BBB and International Window Cleaning Association (IWCA). Our accreditations include Comply Works, Contractor Check, and CBR Services.

COR

We are proud holders of COR and ensure our responsibilities are met and exceeded in order to maintain this recognition. A Certificate of Recognition shows that our Health and Safety management system has been evaluated and certified by an auditor to meet the provincial standards, which are established by Occupational Health and Safety.
